The P-Tac is a great air conditioning solution if you have limited outdoor space, live within a condo community, or if your budget will not allow for the central air conditioning system or mini split systems. Typically, P-Tac units are designed to be installed under a window and will require a contractor to create the necessary hole to accept the system. Limited electrical wiring will be required by a qualified electrical contractor.
