How can I find out the price of an A/C unit?
For window units, please visit us in person or call our Stores Department to request a price. For wall units and central split units, please contact our Installations Department for a free quote.
How do I get an air conditioning quote for my home or business?
If you click here you can leave us your information. We will be in touch in the near future!
Alternatively, if you provide a set of plans for your home or business layout, we can create an estimate using those.
How long is a quote valid for?
A quote is valid for 90 days from the date quoted.
Can I pay in installments for my air conditioning unit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment in terms. We require a 50% deposit upfront when the contract has been signed.
How long do I have to pay the balance of my bill once the unit has been installed?
The balance is payable upon completion of the job.
Can I purchase a unit and have someone else install it?
Please note we do not sell individual units to the general public; we can only sell to qualified HVAC contractors.
What is the warranty of air conditioners once installed?
We warranty items for 1 year from the date of installation.

How do I get a maintenance contract?
You can give our Maintenance Supervisor in the Service Department a call on (441) 292-0881 or send Corey Burgess an email.
How long will it take for a technician to service my home or office?
A technician will usually service your home or office the same day or whenever you’re available. We process service calls in the order received, though during the summer months it can take slightly longer for a technician to visit as there is an increase in business at that time of year.
